Food Security & Nutrition
Addressing hunger, food insecurity and promoting healthy eating habits among vulnerable populations.
CAST’s Food for Health philosophy promotes health equity by providing nutritious food and nutrition education across all food programs, recognizing that food insecurity is associated with poorer health outcomes and higher probability of chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension.
Support Services & Advocacy
Offering support to ensure stability and enhance the well-being of those facing challenges.
Our bilingual Client Support Service Associates are a lifeline for individuals and families facing various challenges and crisis situations, offering a range of support to provide stability, economic security, and enhance their well-being through individualized case management.
Education & Outreach
Uplifting and empowering the community through education, workforce training, and Arts & Culture.
Programs include early literacy, afterschool and summer programs engaging over 1,100 underserved children, the North Fork Culinary Program workforce development, various adult education programs, a robust Arts & Culture program enriching the lives of 2,600 community members annually, and much more.
