The North Fork ParentChild+ Program (NFPC+P) is a home visiting early literacy/parent support program that helps prepare young children for school success. This free program is open to families that live in the Town of Southold, have children between the ages of 18 months and 4 years, and are eligible for public assistance or the free and reduced-price meal program.
